How long does delivery take?
Delivery time includes production plus shipping.
Production (or “fulfillment”) is the amount of time it takes to print your products and/or get your order in the mail. Production time is usually 1-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days depending on product(s) ordered, what we have in stock, time of year, etc.
Shipping can be anywhere from 3-10 business days depending on things like product(s) ordered, time of year, and even the weather.
That said, delivery is usually 5-7 business days from the time of your order. However, while rare, delivery can sometimes take up to 10+ business days. If it’s been over 10 business days and you haven’t received your order, start by getting a status check.
Has COVID-19 affected delivery times?
Yes. As a result of the responses of governments and business to the COVID-19 pandemic, orders may be delayed by up to 30+ calendar days. If it’s been 30 days or more and you still haven’t received your order, open up a trouble ticket.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location. Here’s roughly what you can expect for U.S. shipping on our more popular items:
- adult tshirts = $4 for the first / $1.50 each additional
- children’s apparel & accessories = $4 for the first / $1.50 each additional
- hats = $4 for the first / $1.50 each additional
- totes and bags = $4 for the first / $1.50 each additional
- backpacks = $10 for the first / $2 for each additional
- towels = $7 for the first / $2 for each additional
- blankets = $7 for the first / $2 for each additional
- mugs = $5 for the first / $3 for each additional
- posters = $6 for the first / $1 for each additional
- framed posters = $10 for the first / $5 for each additional
- bean bags = $70 each

How can I track my oder?
You can check the status of your order on our order tracking page. Be sure to have your Order ID and billing email ready (you can find both in your order confirmation email).
What is your refund / exchange policy?
REFUNDS: By default, all sales are final and non-refundable.
EXCHANGES: Because products are not printed until they’re ordered, all sales are final and non-exchangeable. However, we will offer reprints, replacements, or exchanges if:
- your items are defective or damaged because of production errors
- you received the wrong item
- you didn’t receive the item you ordered because of our error
If there is an issue with a reprint, replacement, or exchanged item, a refund rather than another exchange may be issued. Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment or after delivery (see our Terms & Conditions).
CLEARANCE & GIVEAWAYS: All items provided via giveaway or sold on clearance are provided as-is. Replacements, exchanges, or refunds will not be offered on giveaway or clearance items.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Because products are not printed until they’re ordered, cancellations or changes are not possible once an order’s status is processing. You can check the status of your order on our order tracking page.
However, if an order is not yet in processing, a cancellation or change may be possible, but you’ll need to fill out a trouble ticket as soon as possible.
During the holiday season (November thru December), no cancellations, changes, or address changes are possible.
Where do your products come from?
We’ve partnered with various U.S.-based providers who only use American-made products, so all our of products are made and printed in the U.S.A.
Are your products environmentally-friendly?
Yes! All of our products, production methods and facilities are responsibly manufactured and produced to be friendly to the environment. We work hard to leave as small a “carbon footprint” as possible and are constantly looking for ways to improve.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship everywhere in the world except for Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations (list may change periodically). International shipping costs vary widely depending on the item and the country.
